They gave outstanding customer service. I messed up the credit card number when I put it on the on-line payment form. They delivered the flowers, contacted by and left me an voicemail on the 23rd and then returned my call - on Christmas Day! They were extremely nice and my family who received the flowers have raved over them. Would definitely use them again!

I made an early morning order (2 a.m.) for an arrangement to be delivered that morning. They did a great job getting it delivered in such a sort time. I highly recommend the Secret Garden and will continue to use them.

At the funeral, from my seat I saw an arrangement with a big orchid in the middle, and decided that looked very pretty. At the luncheon following, I found out that was "our" arrangement, done by you! Later, I learned that the family had chosen 2 arrangements to leave in the Chapel for Sunday, and ours was one of them! I thought that was a pretty nice compliment to you, so thank you for a job well done!

I think it was OK but I didn't see the arrangement. My mom said it was nice, I just hope it was big enough! It was easy to do that way since I live far from her!
